We are what we think.
All that we are arises with our thoughts.
With our thoughts we make the world.
[Gautama Buddha]
excerpt The Dhammapada
as translated by Thomas Byrom

The Pairadox Rule1 brings the centrality of life, and the formed universe back to ourselves. We form our world through our conscious thoughts in concert with a deeper collective unconscious.

The Pairadox Rule disqualifies the ideal of perfect oneness, devoid of conscious individual awareness - as such 'oneness' or Nirvana would require a complete and unbridgable disconnect between our present conscious experiences and awareness, and some other state of being.

With our thoughts we make our lives, our world, our universe.

In recognising that what we don’t consciously know will remain infinite (unbounded), the Pairadox Rule reaffirms the God-as Principle, in that we have, by way of unconscious collaborative systems, infinite potentials and connectivity deeply embedded within:

Key Principle of Life, for Life, No. 3a
The Pairadox Rule

Our limited conscious, and unlimited unconscious
are interdependent and co-create all.

As may be appreciated, KPLL 3a is the God-as Principle reframed within the context of conscious knowledge and unconscious potentials.

We experience this intimate union in various ways, such as surprise, creativity and invention – when we convert or pop the unrealised into conscious realisation.

Another quite simple and ubiquitous example is physical movement, such as blinking an eye, or lifting a finger. We may consciously initiate physical movement of the eyelid, or finger, but we rely upon unconscious collaborative systems within the body (and beyond2 to produce the movement.

Even something so elementary as being physically alive and conscious is reliant on unconscious collaboration of one’s body, other people (who may remain consciously unknown to us, such as those who maintain the essential services of electricity and water in the city in which we live) and the wider ecosystem, the elements of which will remain beyond direct conscious knowledge.

As will be covered in other articles at this site we can apply the "God-as Principle" to learn that the range and reach of those unconscious (unknown) collaborative systems are rooted in, and imbued with, unlimited potentials and connectedness, but at any point in time, we will be practically limited by the systems (communities, families, societies, ecosystems, cosmos) within which we live.3

  • 1. The Pairadox Rule affirms that Infinite potentials and possibility are embedded in present circumstances. It pairs the infinite with the finite, the outer physical, with Inner meta-physical.
  • 2. The cells, organs and muscles within the body rely upon deeper collaborative, metaphysical systems to perform their actions. See 'Congruent Solutions to Zeno's Paradoxes.'
  • 3. This limited-local || unlimited-nonlocal pairing or duality is reflected in the seemingly irreconcilable theories of Einstein’s Relativity and Quantum Physics.[/fn
