There are many highly effective tools and processes used in the field of project management.
Those tools have been finely honed in recent years to expedite and ensure results.
Project management is about vision, taking responsibility, details, creative solutions, time-scaling results ... all highly beneficial aspects when we seek to 'project manage our health'.
Let's consider just a few elements to be covered in this course.
Vision: is your vision of your future health Realistic? (making note here of the "R" in the S.M.A.R.T criteria often used in business and project management.)
What about the "E" in the S.M.A.R.T.E.S.T criteria (Belief Institute) ... is it an Emotional, Enthusiastic vision, one that is Expected, and fully Embraced?
As well, have you, or can you take Responsibility (R) in the S.M.A.R.T.E.S.T criteria -- or do you blame doctors, diet and dna for your poor health. Perhaps you blame advancing age for your decline in health? Who says your brain deteriorates with age? Who says your eyesight will automatically deteriorate once you hit your fifties? What are your beliefs (your Expectations?)
Responsibility, as in the 100% kind, means a combination of finding a way (creative-feminine), and making a way (masculine-action) to achieve your envisaged results.
